I lost 5 pounds so far! It’s strange because yesterday when I stepped on the scale, it was the same as it has been for the last two weeks. This morning I weighed myself again and suddenly I’m 5 pounds lighter!
On Thursday I switched to low-carb foods, having two hard-boiled eggs for breakfast, tuna salad for lunch and chicken for dinner. I’m wondering if that is what caused this speedy loss or if my metabolism has finally kicked in and started making use of the healthy food and exercise.
